It will be an expanded map of Calypso with different locations. Peggy, Tananda, Sylphie, and Miwa will live there. Also, Miwa's mom, Tananda's sister, and maybe a few other girls. There will also be a temple of Fialla. The events will take place one year after you find the scepter for Fiala.

Zoe and Leah will also live there. 

The story of Dominas happens 300 year later than story in Dominant Witches so their planet became a member of space society as well, also Dragonids and Elves live long. Yeah, I know it may look too odd, but story in both my games never was serious enough xD.

I think I'll finish 0.5 this month (I've already done Peggy's ending and half of Miwa's ending)

Maybe I'll also start make a spin off about Salma next year, but I'm not sure if I'll have extra time yet.
